Shipping within India

Krispaè by K currently accepts online orders for delivery across India.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. If an item requires additional preparation time, we will contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote locations may take longer because carrier timelines can vary.

Shipping charge

A standard shipping charge of ₹379 is currently applied to domestic orders at checkout unless a different promotional rate is shown.

Tracking

Tracking information will be shared after the order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to begin updating.

Address changes and failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before completing payment. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply when an order is returned because of an incomplete address, an unreachable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Delays and damaged parcels

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other events outside our control may occasionally occur. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it and contact us within 48 hours.
